“THALASSA” SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION
Juliette and Steve welcome visitors to their guest house, a home immersed in the spirit of Scarborough and the scent of the sea – a perfect place to step out of ones busy world and indulge in peace and simplicity

Two double bedrooms and 1 bathroom and an outside shower
Everyone loves the verandah … it’s cool and the views are expansive….Winters are particularly beautiful
especially watching spectacular weather advance whilst sitting in a warm cosy house…in summer there’s a braai area that is close to all home comforts. Its one of the original houses in Scarborough …nestled in the lee of the mountain …close to everything …Beautiful views from everywhere and five minutes walk to the ocean or the mountain ….Its a place to be yourself ~ to listen to the breeze and the birdsong

GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO
Own private entrance and locking gate…the whole house, braai area and top garden ….the garden is totally enclosed so doggies and tortoises can’t wander onto the street ….If there’s anything we can assist you with we are not far away….Walk down through the beautiful garden and you’ll find us …. nestled at the bottom of the property next door to the Red Rock Tribal Gallery. If you’d like to eat out, there are three restaurants within walking distance….

Other things to note
Dogs are welcome provided they are socialized and don’t eat tortoises! We’re mindful of water usage, so please take shorter showers and recycle water into a bucket to use in the toilet or on the plants outside….Baboons wander around the village, so please make it uneconomical for them to raid – Shut all windows and doors when you go out and don’t leave fruit or food visible or easily accessed as this is too tempting for them!!!!
Please recycle …. there’s a compost bucket and recycling bag in the kitchen.
Don’t forget the outside shower – fabulous to shower under the stars!!!!

Wifi is available and there is a laptop friendly workspace
Linen, towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided
